Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Lucky Pari version of the Lucky Pari online gambling services provided via luckiperi.com (the "Website"). By creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet on the Website, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Operator and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply specifically to players who access luckiperi.com from the United Kingdom and use the Lucky Pari product configuration. The services are offered under remote gaming licence No. 365/JAZ issued by Gaming Curacao.   • Self-Exclusion means a voluntary restriction initiated by you to block access to your Account and/or the Services for a specified or indefinite period, implemented only on luckiperi.com and not connected to the UK national GamStop scheme.
  • Applicable Law means the laws of Curacao and any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded, including relevant UK consumer law for UK residents.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Prohibition on third-party use: You must not permit any other person to use your Account or access the Website on your behalf. Accounts used by multiple individuals may be suspended or closed and any winnings voided.

Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

  • On-site self-exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion via your Account settings (Account Settings -> Security) and/or by contacting us through the email address provided on the Website, specifying the exclusion period. Self-exclusion applies only to luckiperi.com and does not apply to other operators or GamStop.
  • Account closure: You may ask us at any time to close your Account. We will process such requests within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification, security investigations and settlement of open bets.
  • Responsible gambling: We encourage you to use available tools (deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion) and to seek help from independent organisations such as BeGambleAware or the NHS Gambling Service if you experience gambling-related harm.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Availability: Bets may only be placed via your registered Account while you are logged in to the Website. We do not accept bets by post, telephone, email or any other offline channel.
  • Stake limits: Each game or market may have minimum and maximum stakes, displayed in the game interface or bet slip. We may adjust stake limits at our discretion and may reject any bet that exceeds those limits.
  • Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed accepted only when it appears in your betting history and we have deducted the corresponding stake from your available balance. If a technical error prevents this confirmation, the bet will not be considered valid.

Modification, Cancellation and Settlement

  • No unilateral cancellation: Once placed and accepted, bets cannot normally be cancelled or modified by you. Some sports betting markets may offer "cash-out" or similar features; use of such tools is subject to the specific rules displayed in the interface.
  • Operator corrections: We may void or adjust bets where an obvious error has occurred (for example, incorrect odds, wrong event details, incorrect settlement due to a technical fault) or where the underlying game or event is declared void by the relevant organiser or provider.

Combining Promotions

  • Stacking bonuses: Unless explicitly allowed, only one bonus or promotion may be active on your Account at any time. Attempting to combine multiple promotions in a way that contravenes the promotional rules constitutes bonus abuse.
  • Order of wagering: In general, bonus funds are used after real-money funds or in the order outlined in the specific promotion. Where both bonus and real funds are present, withdrawals may not be processed until wagering requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.
  • Forfeiture: You may be permitted to forfeit an active bonus via your Account or by contacting support. In such cases, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be removed, while your real-money balance remains available unless otherwise stated.

Fees, Chargebacks and Refund Policy (Section 9.2 Concept)

  • Fees: We may charge reasonable fees or pass on third-party costs for processing deposits or withdrawals, especially for international transfers or crypto conversions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier or prior to confirming the transaction.
  • Chargebacks: If a deposit is charged back, reversed or otherwise cancelled, we may deduct the relevant amount (including any fees or penalties imposed on us) from your Account balance. We may also void associated bets, bonuses and winnings and suspend or close your Account.
  • Refunds: Gambling transactions are generally final and non-refundable once the bet is placed or the game round has started. Crypto-Specific Risks

  • Price volatility: If you deposit or withdraw in cryptocurrency, the fiat value of your funds may fluctuate significantly due to exchange-rate movements. You bear all such volatility risks, and we do not compensate for exchange losses.
  • Network issues: Crypto transactions are subject to network congestion, fees and potential delays. Once a transaction is broadcast to the network, it cannot be reversed by us.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations

  • Service provision: We will use reasonable skill and care to provide the Services, operate the Website and keep it available, subject to scheduled maintenance, technical updates and circumstances beyond our control.
  • Fairness of games: We require our game providers to offer games that use certified RNGs and operate in accordance with the rules and payout tables presented in each game. Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: We may suspend or close your Account, freeze balances or cancel bets and bonuses where we reasonably suspect or establish:
    • breach of these Terms, including bonus abuse, multiple accounts or fraudulent activity;
    • use of the Services for illegal purposes, money laundering or other prohibited conduct;
    • failure to complete KYC or provide requested documentation;
    • chargebacks, attempted chargebacks, or disputes with payment providers;
    • abuse of responsible-gambling tools or attempts to bypass self-exclusion.
  • Regulatory or risk reasons: We may suspend or close accounts if required by regulators, payment providers or law enforcement, or where we consider continued provision of the Services to present unacceptable regulatory or financial risk.

Effects of Suspension or Termination

  • Suspension: During suspension, you may be prevented from logging in, placing bets, depositing, withdrawing or receiving bonuses. We may investigate the circumstances and request further information from you.
  • Account closure by Operator: On closure by us, we will, where legally and contractually permitted, pay out any remaining real-money balance (excluding disputed sums, chargeback amounts, unlawfully obtained funds, or sums subject to regulatory or AML holds).   • Internal complaints: If you have a complaint, you should first contact us using the complaints email address or form indicated on luckiperi.com, providing all relevant details and evidence. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
  • No UK ADR; regulator escalation: The Operator is not affiliated with UK dispute resolution bodies such as IBAS or eCOGRA, and you do not have access to UK statutory ADR schemes. If you are dissatisfied with our final response and your complaint relates to licensing matters under Curacao law, you may contact Gaming Curacao via https://gaming-curacao.com, following the instructions on that site. That regulator is independent of UK authorities.
